The Mango Customer Portal, which provided customers with an opportunity to submit and verify claims for unflown tickets and unused vouchers, is now officially closed.
Mango is in the final wind-down stage of the Business Rescue process and is focused on concluding its affairs in an orderly manner.
Next steps: Verified customers will be contacted directly with further information regarding the outcome of their claims and the next steps in the process. Customers are therefore not required to take any further action at this stage.
